Evermore Partners is a Denver-based commercial real estate investment firm, founded in early 2020 to create endurable value for its stakeholders. Focused on acquiring assets located in the Rocky Mountain Region ranging in size from $5 to $50 million, Evermore combines its underwriting, structuring and capital markets expertise with extensive detail-oriented asset management capabilities.

Through its principals’ extensive track record investing over $400 million of equity capital across various economic cycles, geographic regions, and asset types, Evermore acts as a principal investor on behalf of a select group of family offices, wealth advisors, ultra-high net worth investors, and institutional investors located throughout the U.S.

Evermore’s small but elite group of investment and asset management professionals have developed an entrepreneurial operating platform that includes extensive and long-standing relationships with well-established lenders, product type-specific property managers, and expert advisory partnerships.

Seth Wolkov
Founder & CEO

Seth has more than 25 years of real estate private equity and financial services industry experience. He is the founder and CEO of Evermore Partners, a Denver-based commercial real estate investment firm focused on the Rocky Mountain region.  

Previously, Seth was Managing Partner and President of a Denver-based real estate private equity firm, where he invested over $400MM of equity capital on behalf of family offices, wealth advisors, ultra-high net worth investors, and institutional investors, across a wide variety of commercial real estate and hospitality companies with an aggregate transaction value of over $1B.

Seth’s professional affiliations include YPO (Rocky Mountain Chapter), the Urban Land Institute, CiviCO, the University of Colorado Real Estate Council, and the Metro Denver Executive Club.  Growing up on Colorado’s Western Slope, Seth enjoys backpacking, skiing, cycling and golf.

Ryan Heckman
Co-Founder

Ryan has 20 years of private equity investing and operating experience. Ryan was Chairman and CEO of EVP Eyecare, a national surgical eyecare business from 2013-2018.  Prior to his corporate leadership role, Ryan was a co-founder of Excellere Partners, a top-decile performing lower middle market private equity fund with approximately $730MM of capital under management, and a principal of KRG Capital Partners. 

Currently, Ryan is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Rallyday Partners, a Denver-based lower middle market private equity firm focused on improving human potential and quality of life.  Philanthropically, Ryan is the chairman of CiviCO, a statewide leadership development organization and serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Denver.

Jeff Alderson
Vice President

Jeff is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, underwriting, and executing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio assets.

Prior to joining Evermore Partners, Jeff was an Associate at Real Capital Solutions, where he was directly involved in over $400MM of acquisitions across multiple product types nationwide. Additionally, Jeff was a Senior Analyst at Brinkman, where he was actively involved in over $200MM of ground-up development across Colorado’s Front Range.

Jeff earned a Bachelor’s in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. A Colorado native, he loves to golf, ski and enjoy the Colorado sunshine.

Kelsey Burton
Chief of Staff

Kelsey Burton serves as the Chief of Staff for Evermore Partners where she supports the founders, manages key corporate initiatives, assists in business development, and maintains investor relations.

Previously, Kelsey was VIP Sales Manager for a music festival held annually in San Diego, where she managed the ultra-VIP program as well as investor relations. Kelsey has a passion for client service and project management.

Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality + Tourism Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She loves traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.

Andy Miller
Senior Analyst

Andy is responsible for supporting the sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting of new investments.

Prior to joining Evermore Partners, Andy was an Analyst at the multifamily REIT UDR, where he was actively involved in the acquisition of more than $1B of apartment complexes nationwide. Additionally, Andy was actively involved in over $250MM of preferred equity investments in ground-up developments.  

Andy earned a Bachelor’s in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He loves to spend time with friends skiing, golfing and hiking.

Since our inception, Evermore Partners has been dedicated to giving back to the communities we do business in. We believe it is our responsibility to invest our time and capital in charitable organizations that focus on causes we care deeply about. We empower our team to embody this initiative by organizing group volunteer days, encouraging employees to serve on committees and boards, asking for employee input on charitable partners they want to support, and matching employee’s charitable donations.
